Working principle
There are two fixed - diaphragm shaft, one at each end. When compressed air is supplied to the air chamber B (right, as shown in Figure 1.1), the shaft moves to the right, let the material feeding chamber B is extruded, while being sucked into a material containing a chamber.
- when the shaft rod to full stroke moved to the right, air switch is switched, compressed air into the air chamber a (left, as shown in Figure 1.2) in the shaft moves to the left. A material containing chamber in A material is extruded, and the material is sucked into the material containing chamber B.
This work process is repeated, the material is repeatedly sucked and expelled.
